Connect your ChannelDock account so corrected addresses reach your 3PL, not just Shopify.


If you fulfill through ChannelDock, this is Mulligan’s standout feature: when a customer corrects their shipping address, Mulligan syncs it to ChannelDock too — so your warehouse ships to the corrected address, not the stale one.

This matters because most order-editing tools update only Shopify. If your 3PL pulls the address before that update reaches it, the parcel still goes to the wrong place. Mulligan closes that gap for ChannelDock merchants.

Connect ChannelDock

  1. In ChannelDock, generate your API credentials.
  2. In Mulligan’s Settings, open ChannelDock credentials.
  3. Paste your API key and save.

Once connected, address sync runs automatically — there’s nothing for the customer to do.

How address sync works

When a customer changes their address within the editing window:

  1. The customer corrects their address on the order page.
  2. Mulligan updates the Shopify order.
  3. Mulligan pushes the new address to ChannelDock, so the fulfillment record reflects the corrected address before the parcel is picked and shipped.

Other 3PLs

If you don’t use ChannelDock, address edits still work — your 3PL receives the standard Shopify order update. The direct sync described here is specific to ChannelDock.
